Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of order confirmation.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be included.

Rules

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds.
• Final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
• Exchanges are not available.

Damages

Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and approved, less the 20% restocking fee.
